Tanya Punjabi Shared An Essay On : Why physical activity is essential for teenagers

Feb 18, 2022

Some people say that all teenagers should do sport. Do you agree? Yes I do. This is because teenagers nowadays are always on their gadgets and not bothered about how it affects them. They gain fat, and due to this they have other health problems. Teenagers should join at least one sport which they are interested in. Teenagers will enjoy it, and in the meantime (while playing sports )they will keep their eyes off of the gadget. Only 48% of children under the age of 15 participate in other activities outside of school. Teenage ( from 13 - 16 ) is the Best time for teenagers to maintain themselves and do sports. As they get older ( 20 - 45 years ) they will get so busy in their jobs that they will forget to take care of themselves. And after the age of 45 they might have other problems like:- joint pain etc. Exercise will also improve teens' health, strength and emotional balance. Exercise also reduces stress and Health problems like heart diseases and diabetes etc. New research shows that middle school teenagers who are physically active and play on sports teams are more satisfied with their life and feel healthier.

Vasu Rakholiya Shared An Essay On : Why physical activity is essential for teenagers

Feb 3, 2022

I used to play a lot of physical games to be healthy and fit. Teenagers nowadays are maturing mentally, but not physically, since they engage in fewer physical activities and focus more on cerebral pursuits. Teenagers who do not engage in physical activity may develop a variety of ailments that are potentially fatal. To address these issues, all schools place a strong emphasis on sports, ensuring that youngsters remain physically active and disease-free. There are numerous academies for various sports today since athletics may be a good way to make a living. Parents should encourage their children to participate in sports.
